  They came recommended by my rental property, but refuse to answer phone calls, messages or emails. I would chalk it up to being booked, but I have been trying to contact them for a year. I was shocked when I saw the following year my rental manager referred me their number again. If I ever receive any kind of response (even if they could just say they are booked until further notice) I will update my review. An automated text response or updated phone message would be better than this. It is so unprofessional and inconsiderate.

  Update: After I left a negative review, Brandon contacted me and claimed that the crew had also plowed the driveway, which is why we were charged the full amount. That wasn’t true—my husband was there during the storm and had to shovel the driveway himself. We had photos to prove it and sent them to Brandon. After that, he stated that since we agreed to sidewalk plowing, that still met their minimum service charge for coming out. In the end, we were charged full price for plowing the just sidewalk — he essentially offered us less service for the same cost without letting us know. Very disappointed with this company. Would not recommend. ———————— We were long-time, loyal customers of Grounds Crew for over five years, using their mowing, plowing, and landscaping services. Overall, our experience had been positive, which makes our recent interaction especially disappointing. After relocating to another city, Brandon offered to continue plowing just the sidewalk and a small path leading to the house while we were in the process of moving out. We agreed, as we no longer needed the driveway plowed. However, when we received our bill, we were charged the same full price as before, which included driveway plowing that was not performed. I reached out multiple times to discuss the discrepancy, but unfortunately did not receive a response. This lack of communication and the unexpected charge left a poor impression. If there was a reason for the billing, we would have appreciated a clear explanation. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company.

  Brandon, the owner of this company sells dozens of riding mowers on the side. I recently paid him $700 for a rider, mistakenly trusting him on the condition of the machine. Brandon lied to me about the running issue I brought to his attention. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize he lied until I got the unit home. Brandon refused to buy it back for $59 less than I paid for it. It will cost me a couple hundred to fix what he hid from me. Instead, he simply said, essentially, too bad, so sad…and then blocked me. In my opinion, Brandon is vacant of character and integrity. If he won’t stand behind things he sells, can anyone trust him to stand behind the work you hire him to do? I think not. I believe Karma will visit this shyster soon and often.

  Brandon and the Crew are Amazing! If you need any yard / Trimming or Grass mowing I would highly suggest The Grounds Crew, LLC. Very Reliable and detailed They really know their stuff The even do snow removal
