I've had a customer relationship with Aarons for several years and highly recommend them. The office staff are highly personable and helpful, and the workers come out when specified to handle lawn treatment tasks. A very honest, ethical, customer-focused company, as I see it!

I would never recommend this company. Their communication and follow-up were extremely poor, and they never notified us when they were coming for service. They began spraying fertilizer while my dog was outside, less than five feet away, without checking first or giving us any warning. Putting my dog’s health at risk was completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very disappointing.

No communication, no calls or texts when coming. My neighbor saw them get frustrated that my son had yard toys in the yard, raised his arms in frustration and then proceeded to spray chemicals on them dousing them in posion. Absolutley disgusting service. **Edited to add that its all recorded on ring door bell cameras so the owner response is not factual. Also, owner admitted on phone that they sometimes dont kick balls out of the way and didnt offer a call beforehand service until I complained. All other reviews speak for themselves, just look at all the companys responses when you have a bad review to see the owners attitude toward his paying and potential customers. Thats enough in and of itself to avoid it.

I've been a long time customer of Aaron's Lawn Service and never had any major concerns. I called this week because I had a question on an overdue bill I received for work I do not believe was completed. I was treated terribly, essentially told if I got an invoice then the work was done and when I mentioned there was no evidence on the ring camera that their technician performed the service I was told that ring cameras should be outlawed. I was told they don't need customers that don't pay their bills and was hung up on. Kurt, who I believe is the owner, I cannot believe how poorly you treated me today. I have recommended you to others and used your service for years. Today was the last day. I am still in shock on how poorly I was treated for questioning service that I still have seen no evidence was ever performed. How a small business can survive by treating long time customers like this is a mystery

I would give zero stars if I could. No respect for the property and obviously doing damage. The manager Curt lied directly to me and the guy who cuts the grass Ty said inappropriate things complaining to the neighbor because he had to come back to finish his job. Absolutely will never work with this company again. Horrible.
