Beyond satisfied with the mosquito control! Worth every penny! Last year was unpleasant to sit in the yard at dusk due to constant mosquito attacks & bites... our entire lot line has lush bushes & trees. This year tried the mosquito control & FANTASTIC, huge difference! We are so pleased that given any budgetary constraints in future, we'd honestly choose mosquito control over lawn fertilizer/weed control. Weedman also offers discounts for loyal customers & budget plan, can pause/cancel anytime. They will also respray if dissatisfied & prior to gatherings at customer request. Highly recommend! We will for sure continue with this service! We're in Oak Creek.

Terrible customer service The individuals who spray the lawn are great guys. But they work for a very questionable company. After canceling their service I found three other companies who offered better service at a more more reasonable price than $179 an application They do not follow through with their commitment to come back between application and spray weeds that they either missed or are not yet dead Their customer service is terrible. There are much better options out there. I strongly encourage you to shop around and avoid this company

Our service tech Daniel didn't outstanding job today treating my flower beds with weed control. I never realized weed man had the service. I am so glad that Daniel mentioned that they offer this type of service. Daniel is very personable and knowledgeable about his products.

I hired Weed Man to treat my lawn and eliminate dandelions. After their application, the treated areas did not just lose the weeds—the grass itself died, leaving numerous dead patches throughout my lawn. When I raised my concerns, the supervisor, Scott, came out to inspect the damage. Rather than taking responsibility for the condition of the lawn or offering a meaningful solution, he Facetimed his Area Manager during the visit. The Area Manager was rude, spoke to me in an inappropriate manner, and made insulting remarks. Instead of addressing the damage, I was told that I needed to purchase additional products and continue paying for their services in order for the grass to recover. I was also informed that it could take approximately three months for the lawn to regrow, which would place recovery near winter, when grass growth naturally slows or stops. I found this response extremely disappointing. I hired Weed Man to improve my lawn, not damage it and then pressure me into spending more money to correct the problem. The dead patches appeared only in the areas that were treated, making it difficult to believe the damage was merely a coincidence. What concerns me most is that at no point did the supervisor, Area Manager, or customer service department accept any accountability for the damage. Instead, every interaction focused on selling additional products and services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be aware that if damage occurs following treatment, they may be encouraged to purchase additional services rather than receive a satisfactory resolution.

Weed man killed almost our entire yard after one application of God knows what…. My husband reached out to them to rectify it, and they have yet to address it. EDIT (April 1, 2026): After writing our review, the management team did agree to make it right. Aerating, overseeding & then providing irrigation to help grow new grass. We did get good growth last fall, but were told by their technician at that time that we’d have another complimentary aeration & seeding in the spring to ensure the grass was fully established after the winter. When we called to schedule that service this week, we were told that they only intended to do the one last fall, and any additional follow up treatment would be at our expense. After their initial mess up, they were on a last chance. Not providing the service they previously promised us was the final straw. Do yourself a favor and find another company that makes good on their word!
