I have been using Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Care for 3 years. I am impressed with their customer service, with their lawn care specialists and their communication skills. Within the 3 years that I have been using them, my invasive weeds are under control, and the grass is greener and healthier. They are very respectful of the property: closing fence gates and moving dog toys. In addition, I appreciate the texts to remind me of the upcoming visits. Grateful for great service.

We have used Naturescapes of Madison for years. Hands down the single best lawn and yard care out of them all. I have used them all and Naturescapes maintains a small business courtesy, adaptability, and flexibility unlike Tru-green or Chem-lawn. Competency is unquestioned.

We have a large and unusually shaped property and the tech has always been communicative and responsive to our yard. I would highly recommend their services for a weed free lawn.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with Naturescape. Their employees are true professionals. John Hess (Lawn Application) and Cody Burns (Tree & Shrub Application) came out and serviced our property this week. They were extremely thorough, hardworking, and respectful of the property. We'd welcome them back any time.

We have had them for a couple years now. This is by far the worst year. I called 2 weeks ago for a revist, waited a week they never showed, called them again the following week to ask when they plan on coming out she said she would have someone call me back, no one called. And still no one showed up. UPDATED After leaving this review we where contacted, they came out and retreated our lawn and did a really good job! Very happy with the way our lawn looks now.
