RSI has been responsible for mowing and yard care for my main residence and cottage for over a dozen years. David and his team has been a joy to work with. The prices are reasonable (less than what other companies quoted me), they always show up when they’re suppose to, my yards always look great, and the list goes on. I have recommended RSI to friends whom also hired them. I highly recommend RSI. Five stars all the way!

Classic bait and switch. Started out responsive and bragging about how in a few short week my new grass would look better than my neighbors. Followed their watering instructions exactly. The only thing that came in was weeds you see on the side of road after construction, and they came in uniformly, at the same time throughout the entire area. Clearly an issue with the seed mix/straw mat they use. Tried calling for a week and they wouldn't answer except a text saying they are busy and will follow up. Understandable, but now its been two months and it is pretty clear they never intended on following up. They took the money and ran. Only way to fix it was to kill off everything they planted and hire a company that actually guarantees their work to redo it all. 12/9/25. Now just flat out lying in a response. My office window faces my front yard, they never came to seed after the initial work. Only time they came back was less than a week later to collect a check, before anything was germinating. Only call they took was before being paid to explain watering methods. Only response to text was to say they would follow up. Weeds came in immediately and throughout, there was never a chance for grass to grow. We followed all their care instructions exactly. If they knew my yard was deteriorated then why brag about how nice the grass will look? There was never any pre-emergent. Took him three months to come up with these sad excused that would have taken a 1 min phone call if any of them were actually true. I do agree on a couple points: they can't be trusted on short notice jobs, and they will take your money and run when they know their effort wont work. Not looking for an open check, just looking for a man to be true to his word. Dave is not that man, but the company I hired to fix it guaranteed their work for less $$$. DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE! Go with another company and you will have yourself a better day!

I have used RSI for years and they never disappoint! Workers take pride in their work and my yard always looks magnificent. Super comforting to know the employees by name , therefore, i feel comfortable with them on my property. I have high standards, and RSI has meet them completely through the many years I have used them.

RSI is a great company to hire to do your landscaping and in winters snow removal. A professional and detail oriented crew and the owner Dave is so easy to understand my needs and always friendly. 5 stars for sure.
