Alex Cochran was great treating our house for all types of bees. He treated the nests we knew about and to prevent future nests! I believe he also treated for bugs (spiders, ants, ect around the house.) I don’t ask many questions but Alex was very polite and personable! We have been using pest badger for a couple years and our bees/insects population is much improved!

My technician was great! He sprayed extra on our back patio because he wanted it in good shape since we love that area and use it often. He also noticed a huge wasp nest above our garage and took care of that for us at the expense of getting stung. 😞 He went above and beyond for us today!

Sales people were very friendly and engaging, however had nothing to leave with us to help us better understand what we were buying. The person who applied the product did not sweep down cobwebs as he indicated (very quick, incomplete) and then very quickly applied the product. We are two days later and cannot be sure of the products effectiveness.

We had a great experience with Kayla Deicher from Pest Badger. She was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Kayla was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire process.

Kayla D. was amazing! She was very thorough. She was willing to come inside our home and treat the basement, garage, ants on the patio and did wthe outside of the entire house! She definitely knows her bugs, I learned the names of a couple. Very personable person. Hopefully we will get her back at our next application in August!
