  I hired Schultz to take care of my lawn and snow removal. My back yard was rarely mowed and the part of my property outside my fence that faces the road was not weed wacked even once in a years time despite my saying something almost every time. In the winter they never came to remove snow promptly when I needed it. Steer clear of this company. They are a waste of money and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  The reason for a 4 Star rating stems from some communication issues. Prior to our service, I was expecting a person to contact us and coordinate our berm size and placement in our back yard. I was expecting a notice for a potential start date, which eventually came, but after us reaching out and inquiring. Its 50/50 on getting a hold of someone in the office, but you can always leave a message Once the communication glitches were resolved, I was notified by text the work would begin. The crew showed up and I met with the foremen (Tyler) who coordinated my berms, how big and long they should be for my trees, I wanted to plant in them. All the rocks were removed and dirt was graded into my yard specs I provided the company. Tyler communicated very effectively and kept me posted on the work flow and assigned the work tasks to his crew. My yard was done in a reasonable amount of time, but obviously depends on weather. I will advise potential customers, when you get a quote ask for the terrace to be included, as mine was not, but it was an easy add and the work got done very quickly. Overall I am please with the services I was given and especially like the 12 month warranty the company provides regarding spots that might now take with the new seed. I'm satisfied with the workmanship and after a week I am starting to see grass in my yard. I would certainty recommend this company to someone looking for a Lawn Install.

  I’m really not one to leave negative reviews, and i’m typically very understanding of most situations. however, this company is contracted to plow the lot at my apartment complex, and to say i’m dissatisfied and frustrated is an understatement. i’ve had to miss work for the past 2 days because when they came to plow our lot, they did one small sweep of the lot and left 3+ feet of knee deep snow behind a majority, if not all, of the cars in the lot. there is a good 5-10 feet of snow behind my fiancé’s car that didn’t get touched that she would easily get stuck in. i understand it was a historic storm and im sure you had a lot of places to plow, but lack of completion and sloppy service is how you lose customers. it took 4 people and a good hour to shovel out ONE of the cars. i’m stuck at home until i can have someone drop off a shovel so i can dig my car out. i understand you can’t plow between cars, that’s fine! but to leave this amount of snow behind rows and rows of vehicles is absurd. how can you expect us to leave? this isn’t just a mound of snow you can push a car out of. Everyone i’ve talked to at this complex is beyond frustrated.
