  Spoke with the sales team verbally over the phone. Was able to get a rough estimate over the phone, the representative came out to the site to confirm, and everything was as expected when completed. The team did a great job.   I try to only post postive reviews but this experience was very unpleasant. Communication was rough both to us as the costumer and among the workers. The process took significantly longer than it was supposed to. After having to contact the company many times regarding lack of communication and poor work; when our lawn was finally "finished" and grass started to come up, about 50-60% were weeds. Recommendations for the company: the sales representative needs to follow up when they say they will and if any delays are expected. They should also assess the lawn prior to beginning the service to make sure no changes need to be made. It is not ok to state the job will have 4-5 workers at a time and only send one to do the large job alone. If a worker has a question or something doesn't seem right they should contact the lead manager. A lot of good grass was rototilled that created large chunks of grass throughout the yard interfering with a smooth surface. The manager should communicate with the solo worker. We were called saying due to rain the job would not happen a certain day (no problem) the solo worker showed up and walked around the entire perimeter of our yard leaving large boot tracks before they noticed stating they were told nothing.

  Great work. Turned all our flower beds from mulch to stone, re-edged, planted new flowers and new grass. Completely opened up and changed the front of our house! Tony, Mitch, and Shane did great work, especially in the hot weather! Definitely have my go to service picked out for the future for anything lawn service related!!
