  I absolutely LOVE this greenhouse! Every single person that works there is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! They also have classes that you can attend where you plant your own hanging baskets or make your own fairy garden and more!! The selection of flowers, succulents, trees, containers or garden ornaments is awesome! They also have a ton of baskets or containers pre planted that you can buy. I will definitely be going back to this greenhouse again!

  Very poor service. Original bill was $2800 for yard cleanup. Didn’t even have to haul trash away. When I questioned the bill they said oops we made a mistake and then took $1500 off the bill. Yard was not cleaned by my standards at all. He said they were here for seven hours, but my husband said that seven hours was only three.

  Terrible experience. We were treated very poorly by both the owner and staff. Their communication with us was very poor. They show up when they want, send different people, and can’t seem to finish a project. We were a small job pushed to the side. I would never hire Silver Mist to do anything!

  We had our front porch and back deck replaced, along with a patio put in. Not even a year in, and sideboards are already warping. Rock and mulch were put in spots that was not discussed. The mulch wasn't put down properly, so we already have weeds and grass coming up, even with a sheet down underneath the mulch. Some things we discussed were not put in, or ignored. Rocks were supposed to be removed, and we ended up having to have someone else remove them from our yard. The yard was supposed to be graded, but it's bumpier than it was before. The mess left of stone and such had to be cleaned up by us, which if we are paying a good chunk of money to have work to be done, I would expect clean-up to be included. And while supply issues are still a problem, I would highly suggest to any company to either way until they have all the materials or to clearly communicate and make sure the client is okay with delays. The owner never came out besides the first time (to give a quote) to check on the progress. We had to call multiple times to push progress forward, and it's still not even 100% completed. Serious lack of communication from not only the owner, but the business as a whole. Calls not returned, or even ignored. Yes, we made a couple mistakes on our end, but in a landscaping business, the customer should be content with the work. I am severely disappointed and regret suggesting them to my husband. I would not suggest using them for any job or work, unless they do some serious work within the company.

  (First Review) My experience with Dennis and SilverMist Landscaping:( 1 Star. (Second Review) It wasn't until I put on the first Google review that I was finally contacted by Dennis. After an unprofessional phone discussion, he stated the following: First, remove the Google review and I will bill you for the fixes that need to be done. Once I see the review removed, we will come and fix the sink hole, hydroseed issues, corner stones, and wall fabric that is showing. Then, if I (the customer) do not put on a poor Google review after the fixes, he would not bill us. Here are his precise words emailed, "This lawn repair will be provided at no cost if current negative reviews are removed, and no future negative reviews are made -10 yards of topsoil for $3,500." He isn't even going to fix the other issues! So, I wonder how many other times he has done this? I am letting all of you potential Silvermist customers understand that I am losing out on having 10 yards of topsoil for free! However, I feel it is more important for you to hear the customers side of this story and get the real truth. Dennis makes excuses, blames the customer, does not communicate, and is demanding. Choose wisely and avoid Silver Mist Landscaping!! Please see photos that are uploaded. Beth Anne
