  The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the employee at the front counter and the employees that were helpful to me in loading and unloading my mower, they were wonderful. The owner on the other hand was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. He answered the phone one day when I called about a part I ordered and he proceeded to swear at me numerous times and tell me that they get 4 hundred f#$%@! Calls a day and if I wasn't called it's not there, but the part was there!! He is lucky he has awesome employees.

  Shady business. Stay away. I wanted a quote to fix an older cheap snowblower. Owner said he’d look into it and give me a quote. A week and a half later I got a call that the owner mechanic replaced some piece of the carburetor and replaced the paddles on this one stage snow blower. So I have a bill of $229 and the problem is still being diagnosed while extra parts are being installed. That’s quite the “quote.” Would not recommend this place.

  I purchase a new Toro snowblower on the Wednesday before Christmas. The next day it would not start. The day after, the owner, a Mr. Tom Leonard sent a mechanic who was also unable to get it to run and said it needed to go back to the shop. It was returned the next day and runs fine. Two days after Christmas I received a bill from Waupaca Lawn for $179 for tune up! Needless to say I was suprised and called Mr. Leonard to discuss the issue. His immediate response was to tell me he would not discuss it and HUNG UP! That's right. He just hung up on a new first time customer. I couldn't believe it. I drove over to the shop, with my checkbook and the moment I started to speak he went into a loud rage and left the room. He did that three times. As I left he said he'd sui he's never t me if I wrote this note. I guess

  Dropped off a zero turn mower to be repaired. Had multiple issues wrong with it. Wrote 6 items total. Got a call a couple weeks later that it's all ready to go. Paid over the phone and left it outside for me to pick up. Showed up shortly after closing. Turned the mower on and ran it through the lawn. Still had the issues I had asked to be fixed. Owner was there. Confronted that it still had some issues. Hard to find good help these days he said. I can't wait to F%g quit. Part of the issue was it dying while the machine pivoted left. He said I'm not legally allowed to do this but I'm going to disconnect the reverse safety feature. Talk about taking shortcuts. Asked the "sales" guy Cory working about trading it in. Said it was a 20 year old machine. Date of Manufacturing was 2012. Didn't know what he was talking about. Won't be going back here ever again.

  Worst customer service experience. Parts cost more than other service centers. The parts took six months to receive and the technician didn’t get the parts installed correctly when they finally arrived. The service manager is rude as lied constantly about ordering parts and why the parts never arrived. Then had the gall to ask for another $150 more than what was quoted. This was not the first experience with this center but is definitely my last.
