I'm sure he's good and business is good but communication is horrible. Tried to get a answer several times and just keep getting put off. Like I said business is real good so at times business is not needed. I need someone that communicates as this is how business works. We'll move on to someone else so that we are not a pest....

Update12/3: I’ve been in contact with John to discuss snow removal at my dad’s house. I’m flustered by response delays, however it’s been called to my attention that a half dozen companies closed down in the area and John is one of the few companies that are still trying to accommodate those who are left looking for service, including me. John reached out well after hours on Sunday to see if he could still help, I’m grateful, as I’m concerned snow will be falling soon. I appreciate. I look forward to hearing back. Thanks, John!
